Staged to Sell Contract Services BEKINS
Packing Services/Specialized Crating: After Staged to Sell conducts the consultation and prepares the report, a Bekins customer care agent will prepare a bid based on the items that need to be removed from the home during the duration that the house is on the market. These items can include personal pictures, antiques, China and other fragile items. Sometimes a professional crate may be needed to protect and secure items of extreme value and fragility and they can provide this service as well. Storage: Bekins will then remove the items from the home that we have identified as those that need to be placed into temporary storage. A "pod-like" vault will be dropped off at the residence and either Bekins or the client will have the opportunity to load the vault. Bekins will then pick up the vault/pod and return it to their warehouse, where it will remain in secure storage throughout the period that the home is on the market. Access to the homeowner's goods is available upon request. Moving/Delivery of Belongings: Once the house is sold, Bekins will bring the stored items to your new residence whether it is local or across the country.
