Kym Hough, owner of Staged to Sell, has greatly exceeded all my expectations as a stager. She provided services beyond her title, becoming my interior designer, buyer profiler, real estate marketing consultant, personal shopper, construction referral resource and even sometimes psychologist.

Kym was invaluable in the remodeling process suggesting key construction ideas that would greatly enhance the marketability of my home. She had a vision of the finished product, long before I had any idea of its well conceived design. Kym selected paint colors and room themes that were extremely pleasing to the eye of the prospective buyer.. She was “in-the-head” of the Bay area homebuyer providing me with all the likes and dislikes of the typical homebuyer. As part of her staging package, the home was photographed and a virtual tour provided which was an invaluable marketing internet tool. Lastly, she referred me to local construction professionals who provided work complementing her staging duties.

Kym is a great communicator listening first to my needs and service requirements. Highly organized, she produced a complete schedule and budget from the start of my project. As the consummate professional, she “delivered” at every meeting with very creative and resourceful ideas that gave me the big “WOW” factor, making my home a memorable experience.

Her pricing is highly competitive, but the level of service is exceptional as I found myself peppered with daily emails advising me of the daily progress of my staging project. Most importantly, the quality of furnishings were exceptional, matching the tastes of my mid-entry homebuyer.

The end result was an appealing, staged home that matched the tastes of my target buyer. I sold my home within one week of the first broker open house at a top of the market price. There is no doubt in my mind that Kym’s staging services was a major contributor in helping me sell my home in these tough real estate times.

Our real estate agent recommended that we use Staged to Sell when we put our house on the market. At first I was thinking that I could clean clutter and make the house look great myself, but when Kym came over to the house and spoke to me about the process I started to be convinced. Staged to Sell, not only has the amazing ability to stage a house so it sells in seconds but can also helps with designing your new house! She has made my old, 1950's house into a modern day marvel, on my budget and with my taste. I don't know what I would do without her and staged to sell. She listens to your personal needs and has an amazing way of knowing your style. She is organized, has amazing resources and clearly knows what she is doing. If you are selling your house, you have to use staged to sell because you wont have any problems selling your house and it might even want to make you keep your old house but don't because when you move into your new house, you have to use her services again. Kym you are phenomenal!!! I had about 120 realtors through today at the brokers tour and they loved the house the staging - everything-- I gave your card to at least a dozen realtors that asked about you and raved about you!  The peones are beautiful - I gave them a fresh cut and more water - dont worry I use to own a flourist boutique so I knew what I was doing they needed a fresh cut to drink so they will look beautiful over the weekend...very impressive and fabulous choice of flowers -- very chic and different.  I am just loving it more and more. What we saw was a C- except for Staged to Sell! They were an A+ every time!  Their furniture is wood, upholstered and glass. They use upscale custom silk florals and beautiful beddings! Nothing but quality. Many of the staged properties we saw had slipped covered furniture and Ikea like furniture. It cheapened the property in our eyes.
