This program is a green credentialed, Real Estate designation, only for licensed Real Estate Brokers, Agents and Sales People. It is a comprehensive green Real Estate training program. The LGLS™ CP training was designed by the first organization to receive a LEED Platinum award for a remodel, it also had the highest number of LEED points ever given to any LEED home project.  The program’s Executive Director, a former teacher and co-founder of a nationwide tutoring franchise, was also the head of the pilot projects for Energy Start, LEED for Homes and Minnesota Green Star and is found of the Live Green, Live Smart™ company which is a social responsible business.

Eco Broker is primarily a marketing vehicle for Real Estate Agents. The Green Build Science program teaches the science behind the green issues and gives you marketing tools to use that information assist clients in buying and selling property. The Green Build Science program is not an online program, it's one day in a classroom setting with other professionals.

Spend one day with Kym and learn what you need to know to be Green now and for the future. Be certified and add the LGLS™ CP to your education and name. Live Green Live Smart Institute is a member of the US Green Build Council (USGBC). This is not an online course. This is a one day training in a classroom environment where you will receive hands on training. To obtain the CP certificate you must pass a test and read additional materials provided.
